Updated.... Acaully stop in there to grab a couple of things real quick. Seen they had plastic bags so I said can you put it in of those she did and then said they are a Nickel really don't understand if those type of bags are banned then why are you selling them and also trying to make a profit at the same time.
I went in for a couple items. I've been around my neighboring supermarket/Bodega, none of which had what I was looking for. So I decided to go to this one which I always pass by, but never walked into. My 1st experience was wonderful. Abraham was quick and attentive and the guy back in the carniceria was very nice and helpful. Now that I know they have what I was looking for Epazote y Hierbabuena good bye shoprite!
They have a lot of Mexican products which is really cool. But the customer service sucks. It took me around 10 minutes to pay for my passionfruit. I literally could have grabbed them and left the store without paying. This place needs better staff and better manager.
I use to shop here a lot when I lived in Union City and enjoyed it . They have Portuguese Rolls Deli Butcher and all . Unfortunately they are very rude here . I requested a plastic bag for personal use and the girl at the register was rude as rude can be. She flat out said ''No'' in the worst rude manner. If I was maybe South American or Columbian Mexican and knew more Spanish she would have maybe said '' Yes '' with a attitude. Wake up NJ there is no tax on plastic shopping bags YET. Well I don't need to worry coming back to this Super Mercado since I don't even live this way anymore. Just soo rude and inconsiderate to not give a former customer a plastic bag. I dislike women/girls with attitudes and at the same time find it a turn on. PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS ! #1Boricua ~
I went in there yesterday after I dropped my daughter off at school..And a guy walked up and down the aisles watching me instead of asking me did I need help.I spoke to the "manager" and he could have cared less how I was treated. But I guess they figured since I was black I shouldn't be in a Spainsh store. But, I thought I was in America but maybe not.
I used to find everything and anything in this market and love it, but now is just another open store...very disappointed!
Fiesta Supermarket, Its a great place to buy about anything Mexican. It gets crowded, and sometimes the employees can be a bit rude.. Its a nice cozy mexican Market. Love the food.
Nice store, with good selection and fair prices milk and a dozen and a half eggs cost just over $6. Friendly clerk too.
Variety of latino products, specially ones not sold elsewhere. Friendly cashiers and lots of good products. Very good market!
