Fifty Forward

Went to use treadmill and do some arm, back, and leg strengthening. No waiting. Drank 25-cent coffee while reading latest copy of the Ledger (available at the entrance) and winding down. Today's café special is a Reuben, which I'll try another time, but I could see the place was busy. My Medicare plan has Silver Sneakers, which pays my dues - surely a win-win combination. Back on Wednesday to repeat.

At $10 per month auto draft, this is the best place to get exercise classes for free, craft classes for a very small fee, like $30 for three months, lunch for less than $10, group trips for a greatly reduced price, and many other benefits which are too many to list. I've been a member for years and years and I plan to be a member til I die. I love this place.

I love spending time there to exercise, meet my friends, learn new things, go on trips. The Middle TN Metal & Gem Society have classes there. The Donelson Cafe is located in the building, with wonderful cooking. The staff are the best you are ever going to find anywhere. It is the best!

I have been a member here for over a year. It's a great Senior Center with lots of different exercise classes for different abilities, good equipment and teachers. There are many other types of classes as well, and a really nice cafe with good food, healthy choices and reasonable prices. Everyone is friendly and I really enjoy this place!
