I had a large external hard drive of data that I was trying to back up, and in the process it crashed. File Savers was able to recover it successfully - thousands of files all accounted for. They did an awesome job and I was really pleased that all my hard work was not lost. Great service!
File savers recovered 8 hours worth of seemingly lost coverage from a memory card that had an unexpected error. Superb customer service from my initial phone call to receiving my secure package containing a hard drive with all my data. I cannot recommend their prompt and professional services enough!
I picked file savers a few years ago to recover my data, in fact my intellectual property. File Savers did that! I thought I had lost everything but File Savers recovered it and put it on a hard drive that I still used today. Let me take this time to let found service know how but I appreciate what they did.
File savers was able to recover 100% of our wedding photos from a failed SD card even after other companies told us it couldn't be done. They are the only data recovery service that I would recommend.
I tried to recover the data myself. No go. I dropped my hard drive off and got an estimated price that I thought high and took a minute to evaluate. We reached an agreement and I am waiting for the return of my files. This group is professional and trustworthy so far.
