Filiberto's Mexican Food

I asked for no sour cream and ended throwing it on and marked no guc instead and even went inside instead of drive through and it was slow little no to customers.Food: 1/5

Not in a premium location.. but let me tell you. The service was about 9.2/10 but no fault of their own they were kinda busy. Now the food... I've had some Fili's that was good and alright. But that food had the taste like the cook cared, I even had to sneak some bites of my girls food to try other stuff. Nope all flerping delicious. I will recommend this location to everyone. They doing it different.

Nice enough people in there but the cook doesn't follow basic health and safety protocols. I was watching him mopping and cleaning then flipping my tortilla with his wet looking black gloves without washing hands. I truly can't fathom what goes on behind the scenes.

I stopped by at 1am on Monday morning whoever is cooking bless you this food is so delicious

This place use to be decent. On my last visit customer was horrible the young girls act like they don’t want to be there and you’re interrupting them. Was also charged for guac even though I said NO guac. Will not be returning.

Absolutely no customer service by the girl at the drive thru register. Did not take order correctly and had to go around to go inside to ask for utensils. Won’t be going here again.

WENT INTO DRIVE THRU TODAY , YOUNG GIRL WHO ATTENDED ME HAD THE WORST !! CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE SLAMMED THE WINDOW ON ME JUST BECAUSE I WAS ASKING HER CAN I HAVE MY CHICKEN ON THE SIDE AND WAS IT XTRA FOR THE CHARGE! PLUS WHEN TAKING MY ORDER SHE WAS RUDE , SO THATS WHEN I JUST PULLED UP TO THE SERVICE WINDOW!! AFTER SHE SLAMMED THE WINDOW WITH A UGLY LOOK I LEFT I DONT WANT FOOD FROM HER UGLY SERVICE, GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FILIBERTOS!!!

Been here 3 times and they have gotten my orders wrong and missing food Edit 12/06/21 Been here many times after posting my first review about this place a few months back, and they have improved. Order were always rights, more and better communication, also just verifying Orders are a good thing to do. But other than that their food is also good, except that one day with the super nachos,didn't mind tho they do have this very good burrito called El'Charrito which was the best!!

Every time I have super busy day I stop to eat in fast food restaurant like this ,I was there twice at the first time the food was pretty good and everything was great ,today I was there again and I got 3 tacos fish , when I start to eat that I felt something not fresh but I didn’t thought its bad so I finished my plat , after I left the place My stomach started to ache and then I realized that I had made a mistake of continuing eat it , Every restaurant It doesn't matter if it's a fast food or fancy one that serves fish must be super careful cause this is the most product tends to spoil, the owner there must check the quality of the food before he served it to customer!! ,and after I reading the other reviews I understand that I’m not the only one who had this bad experience with this place. this is Not responsible behavior!! The only only reason I gave 3 stars is because in both time I was there the workers was really friendly and always smiling and that’s part of the customer experience.

They got my order wrong I had to go back and get it corrected then I found a finger nail in my taco and manager tried to blame my 2 year old son and said it would’ve been impossible to be the cooks because he wears gloves, mind you when I went in the cook was rolling a burrito with no gloves on. Took the police to come for them to give me my refund.
