I spoke with Mr. Findlay today and he was AWESOME. He took the time to listen to my situation and walked me through the remaining probate process I need to finish. He even let me know that a lawyer was not necessary at this point in the process. If/when I ever need a lawyer for estate planning and or for probate I will definitely use this guy. Highly recommend

Three are many(many) reasons Findley & Diziak have superb reviews. Mr. Findley gave me his time and attention and then made a suggestion and advised me not to hire an attorney. Keith was very helpful in discussing with me the ins and outs of how to properly transfer a collection of firearms to the heirs of my late brother-in-law. When dealing with firearms and family dynamics it’s good to know how best to handle things for sure and Keith was prompt in returning my call and I value his advice. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has similar concerns.

Terrible service. No advice that was accurate in the state of NM. I was out of state which made a difficult divorce which should’ve been that hard. Keith gave bad advice after a17 year brutal marriage. I got a box of junk and 10 k minis lawyers fees, for a low down lawyer that cares less. I would not recommend him unless you are in an ethereal state where a sense of security in your old age doesn’t matter. This guy was a piece of work. Materialism isn’t important but fairness is.

I called Mr. Findlay's office to get help with some rental properties and tenants. He provided professional, transparent, and considerate service over the phone. Instead of wanting to immediately escalate the situation and setup a retainer, he offered an honest and helpful alternative knowing it would loss him money. I highly recommend his services and will definitely seek his assistance in the future.
