Poor customer service with Java Hughes
My husband and I are serious art collectors and decided to check out Fine Line Designs, but were hesitant because of the poor customer service we experienced in the past. We asked some simple questions of Java Hughes, one of the employees, regarding some art and she responded with uncooperative comments, she was unorganized and offered no assistance to us when we asked about details regarding the displayed art. Java showed us poor communication and there was a tremendous lack of respect when she spoke to us. It was as though she couldn't be bothered by us when we fully intended to purchase some art.
Java's bad attitude showed us she was not customer oriented, rude and although the art was delightful, we (and our money) will never return.

Consistently one of the best galleries in Door County. If you want to see some great art, it is a must see.

Fabulous wall art, jewelry, ceramics, furniture and more!  Exhibits change, but are all well-chosen.  A DC favorite for me.

Beautiful outdoor space with great metal work displayed all over the grounds.  The gallery is outstanding.
