She listens and did exactly what I wanted done with my brows.  She is the sweetest person, easy to talk with and a does outstanding work.  She truly is the top in her line of work. My review is a bit unique. I called Diane after Google recommended her cosmetic services in TUCSON ARIZONA, even though she's located in VANCOUVER!! Needless to say, we realized that I wouldn't be traveling hundreds of miles to receive services from Diane, and we had a good laugh. Here's the thing though - she STILL spent quality time advising me about the different techniques for permanent brow cosmetics, and knowing that she'd most likely never perform services for me, she was STILL so conscientious about providing me the best advice to find the cosmetic service that would best address my needs.
