Finish Line

Fairly big selection of Mens running shoes, but many are WAY over priced. It was either $200, $150, or a couple pairs at $60. There wasnt very many in between prices. Color options were just o.k. Not many "basketball" shoes, its mainly running/tennis shoes. I would visit again if I had a large sum of money for 1 pair of shoes...

Went in there on Jan 9th 2017. I was looking for a new shoe. The employee just walked away and started talking to his friend rather than help me. I waited a minute then realized that he wasn't coming back to help me. I left the store. Very poor customer service.

My daughter and I were in the West Acres Mall Store in Fargo, ND on Saturday, December 3rd, and experienced the worst customer service ever. Employee was visiting with a friend when we walked in the store. Had to ask him to get the shoe we wanted in the size we needed. He went to get them and handed them to me and went right back to visiting with his friend. Went to go pay and the guy asked who helped me and I said no one really, he just handed me the shoes and walked off, he didn't have anything to say. I won't be back. I wish I hadn't bought the shoes, my mistake. Maybe I'll take them back!
