$125 added to rent to fix garage door opener motor. Got charged for pulmbing repair as well. Wait till you move out!! The fees are incredible.

They are so very helpful with the whole process of renting a house. As a first time renter, I will definitely tell everyone about them. Everyone at the front desk was so welcoming and they talked me trough the parts of the process I didn’t understand. All of them were very patient and helpful. Thank you so much.

They are keeping my full security deposit despite pictures, video and an email thread in which they acknowledge damages and tell me I won't be charged. They do it to everybody. Check the BBB reviews. $11.50 for a lightbulb!?!
