I would give this firehouse five stars, if my rating was based on food alone. This is my favorite sub shop ever. But some of the people "working" at this location aren't suited for the job. They have given us the feeling of being unwelcome every time we've been there. And they have only got our order right once. I'll continue to eat there because the food is so delicious. But the staff there is not a good representation of your company.

Maybe I was overly excited going in, but I found the sandwiches underwhelming.  I may have expected too much.

Firehouse subs is so much better than Jimmy Johns and subway! I highly recommend going there, their sandwitches are amazing.
