Fireplace And Things

I Bought a new fireplace here at Fireside and it has been absolutely amazing! I Worked with a nice young man named Tom Z, he was delightful to work with! The installation process was super simple and the staff here at Fireside took care of every little detail from start to finish! Great Job keep up the good work!

This was an awful experience. We walked in and struggled to get anyone to talk to us - when we finally did, the guy said he would meet us over by the insert display, but instead started helping someone else. It was incredibly RUDE! We were prepared to spend thousands of dollars there, but not with that kind of service. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else - I am sure you can find better prices AND most definitely better customer service.

We worked with this company about four years ago and put in a stone fireplace in our basement. They did an extremely great job and we love it. We have had a few house calls to come out and clean all of our fireplaces. They do an excellent job cleaning the embers and glass, etc. We are very happy with the service and will recommend and look forward to working with this company again in the future.

needed help programming remote for fireplace. Rea. walked me thru the whole process. Thanks very much. These folks have been great to work with from deciding on the right fireplaces for us thru install, stone work, & understanding what remote can do. Thanks again for all the help. Jerry & Cindy

After searching for the best company to change our wood to gas fireplace we chose Fireside Hearth & Home. We were impressed with our salesman, Jaye He worked with our budget and helped us find the best product with no pressure. Our installers Jon and David were friendly, professional and made a point of keeping the surrounding area in our family room clean, as they had to chisel away brick on brand new carpet! They took the time to explain how to use the remote and fireplace equipment. The results of their work are fantastic and we are in love, warm and cozy with our new fireplace.
