We purchased our wood stove 2-1/2 years ago and have been pleased with it. When we called today to have it serviced, we were told they wouldn't be able to come till the weather breaks. They will call us. Too bad we need heat now.

Bought Our gas fireplace in Late September 2017, This purchase/installation has been a nightmare. We currently still don’t have a working gas fireplace. The service crew set appointments and you will wait all day and they won’t show up. But they do call at about 6 PM at night and say you need to call and talk to the office and they will reschedule. If you’re wanting a fireplace for the winter then you better start making your purchase in March. Buyer beware you have to have a ton of patients to deal with this company. I wish I could give them a half a star instead of one but I don’t have that option. Spent thousands on this fireplace not happy with the unprofessional service department
