Fireside Hearth and Home, Royal Oak location was just amazing when it came to my questions and purchase. I met and worked with Dan and Jaye, both of which were extremely helpful and professional. The customer service I received was a large part in why I ultimately went with Fireside over their competitors. Highly recommend for any fireplace needs.

We visited the place and we really appreciated the treatment. Jaye was very knowledgeable, explained all our options and what was different for each one and did not pressure us to purchase something on the spot. Very happy!!!
