My car was there 2 days! To get a simple NEW tire! When we dropped off i told them NO patch. After two days for this 30 min job i went to get my van. Guess what! He patched it, didn't do one thing i asked. He lied multiple times then when i called him out for his bull he told me to leave. My van hauls over 8k lbs and my family with child. The tire had huge hole. I paid for tire replacement when i spent $800 on my tires. They assured me the tire would be changed but due to laziness and lies this con artists waisted days of my time and work. Beware of this con artist!
The people including Jack and Ellen and the service at this Firestone are excellent. I have had numerous services performed on my car over the years here including new battery today and tire repair a month ago and have been pleased and satisfied every time, which is why I keep coming back. One time about a year ago, when I returned from picking up my car at this Firestone, I received a phone call from Ellen saying that a customer had found my credit card in their parking lot! Totally trustworthy people, which is another reason why I keep coming back.Services: Battery
They’ve taken great care of my vehicle, I purchased four new tires from them before a very long road trip. I’m returning to have the tires rotated which is complimentary and have the oil changed. They’re friendly, helpful, and have always answered any questions I’ve had about my vehicle
Great service. One of my tires blew out, and even though they were closing in 5 minutes, they were able to get me a new tire. Also a few new lug nuts. Highly recommended.
I brought my car here for an alignment, which they did, and my car drove fine afterward. I brought it back a month later because there was a bumpy sensation while driving. The first time they kept my car all day, and when I called at the end of the day, they told me they would call me right back. They did not. I had to have my car, so I just went to pick it up in person. They apologized for not being able to look at it because they had prior commitments I took it to them at 8 a.m. that morning. The next day I brought it back, they claimed to have driven it and put it up on the rack, but they didn't see any problems. I knew this wasn't right. My mechanic today found a bad tire, which was wobbling, probably due to a bad belt inside the tire. I do a lot of highway driving, which I told the service person at Firestone, and if I had a blow out, it could have been lethal. Firestone is known for being a tire care business, yet they couldn't identify this potentially lethal problem, even up on the rack. I will not return to this place. The service people behind the desk were very friendly and nice, and they did not charge me for looking at my car. Now I know why.Service: Tires
Been here two times: once for brakes and once for tires. Service staff is friendly and helpful, not grumpy or sleepy. Lavon, who was doing the tire change and alignment, was curteous, patient, and excellent. Coffee lounge and bathrooms are inviting and clean. Good central location. Five stars all around.
Firestone on Camp is by far the best hands down. They work hard and smart and treat the customers with respect and kindness. I love how well they work together as a team and are always smiling. I wish I could rate them with 100 stars! Thanks guys for making my experience memorable and getting my car better than new. I feel safe transporting my family again. Thank you all
0 Stars I brought my car first thing in the morning so my spark plugs could be replaced. The guy at the counter was adamant about having to do a engine diagnostic which is $100 alone. I told him I had already gotten a free oriely’s diagnostic done the day before so that I wouldn’t have to with them but he claims it’s their policy to do so. Any ways I leave my car there and walk to work. I called during my lunch break to get an update they said they would have to call me back in 10 minutes yet they never called me back. After I get off I walk back their just to find out that all they did was move my and nothing was done to it all day no repairs nothing. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Then the guy had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to bring it tomorrow morning.
Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and an alignment and neither service was performed!! A complete waste of time. Made an appointment for 7am and selected the "will wait for service" option thinking it couldn't take much more than an hour with an appointment. Was told the truck would be done around 4pm so I decided to leave the car at the shop rather than wait. I explained to the manager that I needed the car done by end of day, and if they couldn't do that, then please call and I'll make other arrangements. Having not heard anything, I called at 430pm to check in. Was assured that my car was the next on the lift. Frustrating, but at least I would be able to pick it up before close of business. After another hour of waiting, the manager called back and said that they were not capable of providing the alignment because their "best guy" called out sick. Wonder what that means for the rest of this garages staff? Not only did they not perform the alignment, they also did not even change the oil after nearly an entire day in the shop. I have never met more incompetent and lazy people. I will not be using Firestone again and suggest that you do not either.
They fixed my ruined tire I had hit a sharp.curb in thecrain, and I was pleased with the work, the staff Ellen was very nice, and the price.
