I genuinely can't say enough good things about this location and the people who work here. I've been coming to this Firestone for 5 years now, and every time, I have received impeccable service. The guys who work here are very knowledgeable and upfront about what your car needs are, which I really appreciate.Carlos location manager I believe has been absolutely phenomenal, and he treats me very well every time I come in. Whether it has been a quick fix like getting air in my tires or something that needs more attention, he makes sure to take care of you. I highly recommend this location!
I have had a good experience and a bad experience here. Hence the two stars. I will say the staff is nice. However I think they are sometimes not great with time frames and expectations. I came here to align my car and it went well. Decided to return to get my headlights inspected and witched. I took 1 & 1/2 days to change one headlight and they couldn’t change my day running lights because apparently there was something working with my car. The actual part that did not sit well with me was that every time I called to ask about the status of my car they kept asking for to hang in there. Mind you, when I first asked they told it would take 2-3 hours if I made an appointment, which I did at 10:00 AM. Then after I handed the keys over they told me they would have it ready in the afternoon and that maybe I should leave and come back to get it because they needed to order a bulb. I asked if I could drive back and come when they had the piece, they advised against it because “it would take more time”. So I ubered back home. I called at 3 pm and they told me they had just received the piece and that they would have the car ready by 5 or so.. I called back at 5 and they told me by the end of their working day 7:00 PM. A few minutes before 7 I called three times from my phone and they did not pick up. I am assuming they knew it was me and they did not want to deliver the news that I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my car. After I called from a different number they picked up and had to tell me I would need to pick up the car the next day. They had the car ready at 12:00 PM the next day, and of course with the news that they were only able to change 1 out of three lights I had requested to change. Maybe my expectations were really high, maybe they are just not a good place. I don’t know. Hope this can help someone.
Very high prices for decent to poor customer service. Got new tires then returned 3 times for a leak in a tire that was denied existed each time. On the third time, the manager gave me a business card to another shop, essentially told to screw off, then when they realized I bought their tires that they should help me prorate a tire. Now i have to have a fourth visit for one leaj in a tire. Never have I been here where I wasn't tied up by them all day or service was incomplete or denied because "they couldn't find the issue". I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but I have had over 6 poor experiences at this shop and will never return.
Really disappointed in their business lately. Drove in yesterday for a headlight to be changed because they said there was barely a wait. Got there and it was over 2 hours so I made an appointment for today. Got there and was told it was a minimum 90 minute wait with an appointment. Happily taking my business elsewhere.
Great, efficient mechanics here. I have lifetime alignment at Firestone and have come several times over the last couple of years. They are very professional and chill, i’ve never had a problem. Today I came in without an appointment at 8AM and they were done with my car by 11ish, which I think is great considering I didn’t have an appointment. Overall, very happy customer and I will continue to come to this and other Firestone locations for service, thanks guys.
Brought my minivan in for a oil change and inspection. Total was $150 which is ridiculous. Then they also told me my tires were wearing unevenly, that I needed new shocks, struts and tires and quoted mw $3,500. I took it to my mechanic that I trust. He said nope, my suspension is fine, only that I needed new tires. I’ll never go to Firestone again!!
I dropped off my car at 7am this morning, told Luis that I hit a pothole and everything was rattling. Gave instructions to put my car on a lift, check the undercarriage for damage, realign the front end I have a lifetime realignment policy and replace or reattach all bulbs on the car that didn't work. Called back 7 hours later and was told I needed new brakes. The car was fully inspected in December and didn't need new brakes. They hadn't checked the undercarriage and told me the reverse light didn't work. It wasn't changed either. There are running lights down the side of this car. Most have been jostled loose or have burned out. They flat out didn't do the job I gave them. I paid $25 for round trip Uber home and back and drove my car home in exactly the same dangerous condition I dropped it off in this morning. The deceit and unprofessionalism is stunning. When Donald managed this store this would NEVER have happened. I will never use this store again. This store has really gone down the drain.Services: Body & Trim
We were on our way from Houston to Dallas and some lights kept coming on we returned home went to Firestone. Luis was so kind and quick to identify and fix the problem for us. We are so grateful. We highly recommend this place we've always had really great experience.
Took an hour and 10 min for an oil change, won't do that again. A quick lane makes sense being close to DT and across from knapp chevrolet.
I called ahead and got same-day appointment and quote for my model, including a $10 coupon for specific type oil and filter. They would not give me the same deal, even though I had the coupon, because their system could not regenerate the same deal. Should have been $65 + sneaky 7% misc fee + sneaky $4 disposal fee. Charged me $104, after arguing.Service: Oil change
