My check engine light came on a few months ago. I went to Firestone to get a diagnostic done. They told me that the issue was that I have an aftermarket catalytic converter and that in order to fix it, I needed to pay them $1000 to replace it. I ended up taking it back to the place that put on my catalytic converter and asked them to take a look at it. After driving it and running the codes, they told me my catalytic converter was fine. The issue was that I had a cylinder 4 misfire. They walked me over to the shop next door, told the people what was wrong, and that shop was able to fix my car for a fraction of the cost. Now my car is fine. If I had listened to Firestone, I would’ve paid $1000 for something that wasn’t even the issue. I never leave reviews for stores, but I wanted to sincerely share how much I do not want recommend this facility and how I barely trust Firestone as a franchise. I got two new tires on the rear. Julie at the front desk made my entire day with her bright attitude. I know she’s blessed so many people just with her smile. On the other hand, the tires were at 30 psi 80 recommended . There was a crack on the windshield when we picked it up that wasn’t there prior. They said they could submit a claim but they will deny it. Overall not happy with Firestone but the tires look great.Service: Tires
DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a zero star I would. I set an appointment up at 9am, 5 days in advance. When I dropped off my car I had to follow up with them at 12pm and 3pm. They told me my brake fluid needed to be addressed. When I asked if they assessed my tire for the issue I brought it in for, they told me they haven’t even looked at it yet. So you had the time to “look at my brakes” but did not look at the issues I brought my car in for? If that does not sound fishy to you I don’t know what will. It is currently 5pm and I still am waiting for one single tire change and alignment. Safe to say I will not be returning to this Firestone ever again.Services: Tires
First of like to say I've been using this Firestone for over 10yrs and used them for everything. From oil changes, auto inspections, new tires, ect. and ALWAYS experience the best customer service. Recently, I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I arrived at 9a.m. and said I'd wait. 3 1/2 hours later I didn't see my car being worked on, thinking they were finished. I asked if they were finished. The man at the desk said they haven't started on it yet. The manager happened to be walking by a new manager I've never seen, Alex Cassida I believe was his name to simply ask if he knew how much longer. He was the rudest manager I've encountered. When I approach him I asked about my car, his response was, "we don't go by appointments" and walked away and shut the door to the garage. I witnessed him being rude to the employee at the front desk as well. These days I understand things are not what they used to be with great customer service, but there is no reason for rudeness specially to customers paying to have a service complete. Had they just said, we're behind and it'll be a while. I would have left and came back. I called the corporate office, which I've never done before. He was so awful and rude I thought they should be aware. I was told someone would call me, but a month later no one has returned my calls. Firestone just lost a loyal customer of 10 yrs because of the horrible experience!
We just want to fix motor mounts and they only fixed air condition for heat. And never check the parts under the car and tell us you can pick up your car. And let our family in dangerous and after we ask them many times for check the motor mounts and they give us a surprise price for fixed it. And wast our money for fixed a heating part.Service: Air conditioning
The man at the front counter helped me immediately. My fluid light was on. He immediately came outside and checked my fluid level and added brake fluid. He then checked all four tires to see if there was a leak. He was very helpful.
They don’t give discounts to healthcare employees of Atrium Healthcare! The hospital sits right across the street from them! You should always take care of first responders! I think they should treat their female customers like they would want their mothers or daughters to be treated. As a female, I don’t think I have been treated fairly. The black guy that works at the counter was very condescending towards me.
Terrible customer service and garbage attitudes. Used to love going here and trusted the staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Something changed in the past 6-10 months and I’m never coming back.
Stay away! Your service will take 3-5x longer than they quote you and they will do nothing when they damage your vehicle.
I had an appt @ 8AM for Front & Rear Passenger Tire 1 nail each Tech caused damage to Front Driver and it's not repairable. Firestone in Pineville NC is making me pay for it!? Also they told me tires would be replaced by noon but still haven't arrived!Service: Tires
