Good service friendly people

Shout out to Firestone on Cantrell.  Low pressure light this am ugh. Left rear low. Firestone got me in at 7 am sharp, removed someone's lost screw and had me back on the road at 7:31! Very reasonable price. Thanks.

Avoid at all costs. Nothing good to say except the building looks nice. Tried to sell me a tire from 2018 and then acted like I was wrong about what a date code is.

Great customer service. I do not remember his name, but the gentleman handling the front/phones is impressive. He handled an irate customer with patience and clarity. After the call he did not take it out on the next customer me. My new tire is great and they put it on quickly.

Great customer service..friendly mechanics..quick service.  They will make sure you are satisfied with your service. This is the second Firestone I have used for service in Little Rock.  It is definitely my choice.  There are others closer to my house but, I prefer to use this location.

I haven't heard from the area manager, Caitlyn, in almost a month. This after she reached out to me after she knows they did me wrong. Just avoid this place. They obviously don't care about correcting their mistakes - or about losing customers.
