Waited almost 3 hours for tires with an appointment! I finally asked how much longer and was treated rudely by Rolondo. If they were running behind, it would have been nice if I was told that in the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere.

Awesome people, our car had been stolen and they were able to repair it. From first call on Sunday to see if they could repair all the damage. To picking up we were treated with respect and care. Thank you!!

Unfortunately I found a screw in my tire a block away from firestone and since I recent purchased 8 tires for my two trucks I went to see them at 5:58pm. The technician and the office person turned me away. I live 31 miles away and they gave me no service. I'm going back to les schwab who always makes it happen even after hours.

Rolando Marquez is an honest, very fair Manager. His service station is the best! He has always honored my service with available discounts and his staff follows his lead. A great Manager with traditional morals and values. Thank you for your Great service!!
