Firewater recently completed work on my house after a damaging sewer back-up had us out of there for over two months. I wasn't especially happy with the length of time it took to complete the work, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! We were fortunate to have Omar in charge of the largest project, the restoration of our bathroom. He did beautiful work. Julianna had the packing/unpacking crew. I was delighted to see most everything back in its proper place at the completion of the project, even down to the contents of my china cabinet. Truly a professional crew!

I had a house fire and it has been a difficult experience to navigate through. George and the people at Firewater have been absolutely outstanding!!! I couldn't recommend them more. Even when I have had questions unrelated to their services they have pointed me in the right direction. It is rare to have companies care about their customers the way they have cared for me. The house fire restoration was suppose to take 4 months to repair but my contractors and insurance have failed in making that happen so 10 months later and I am still struggling to get my house restored. Because of this delay, I have called George several times to see if I could pick things up (as his company picked all my stuff up that was damaged and undamaged and cleaned it) and because they did such a good job inventorying my items it has been no problem getting anything I need. He even drives the stuff from Kent to Lynnwood! If your home ever has any kind of damage totally go with these guys to do the cleaning and storage of your stuff.
