FIRMLY ROOTED LANDSCAPING, LLC

I had Chris and his team install our patio and fire pit. His team did a great job. It took 5 days and turned out amazing. I would highly recommend Chris for anything u would need. His not the cheapest but u get what u pay got.

Excellent Landscape and Design Company. Chris came to our home, quoted us within a couple of days, then went the extra mile explaining the process, design considerations and available options. We chose Firmly Rooted and would do so again in a heartbeat; they're that good. On budget and on time. We're impressed and truly pleased.

Chris and his team at Firmly Rooted Landscaping are exceptionally good at meeting our landscape needs. Having used landscape companies in four other states, I have struggled to find a business that is willing to answer phone calls, arrive when agreed, and do a good job. Similarly, when we first moved into our home in Weare, we attempted to contact someone else to help winterize our irrigation system. After telephoning that business regularly and leaving voice messages for more than 3 weeks, I finally turned to Firmly Rooted. Chris arrived the next day and not only winterized the system but spent extra time making sure that his equipment did not damage existing plants nor leave markings on my deck. Although he was only there to winterize the irrigation system, he also willingly spent extra time answering questions about about the yard and upcoming care I would need to do. In my experience, it is rare to find a business this professional.

2 stars because we ended up with a walkway and Retaining wall. It was a struggle to get a finished product and the way firmly rooted handled it was unprofessional. They were not responsive and the work they did was not worth what I paid in many spots. I strongly recommend to look anywhere other than firmly rooted. The owner did not even follow up after all was said and done which to me was unbelievable and proves he does not care about his customers.

Firmly Rooted Landscaping is professional and exceeded our expectations! They were very courteous and the workmanship was excellent and completed when promised. I would highly recommend them for any job. We are thrilled with this company. We just wish we could give more than 5 stars!!
