LOVE Fatco. Everyone there is an expert, is friendly, and puts in the effort to make deals close FAST. Never heard a complaint about them.

Only two title companies in town.  You might have a better chance trying the other, but I can say for sure the experience I had with First American Title Co about nine months ago was extremely unfavorable.  

I don't want to get into details, but at high level...inconsiderate, incompetent, incompetent,  and the owner Sam was full of ... (elephant droppings)... oh yeah, I forgot to mention a few more times...inconsiderate and incompetent.
