First American Title Insurance Company

I have been working with First American Title for 4 years now and have had nothing but the best experience with this company. Early on in my career as a Real Estate agent I bounced around between different title companies. I met Susan Pastoor with First AM and she convinced me to give them a shot. I am so happy with the level of service I receive and have the utmost trust my clients are in good hands when working with the people at First AM. Highly recommended.

Excellent service every time. As an industry professional I have experienced several title companies and First American Title consistently provides the high level service, and full coverage my clients appreciate. Providing a professional, welcoming environment while keeping a close eye on attention to detail - they have, and continue, to earn their 5 star ranking.

Less than reputable. As noted in previous reviews. Expect mistakes and costly fines for failures or mistakes on their resulting in fines they don't take responsibility for. Ours was over 1000 for not filing the property transfer

Received a large fine for mistakes on their end. Very unaccommodating and unwilling to take ownership for the job they were paid to do.

They were the title company that was used on our loan . They made a mistake on the address so my tax bill was sent back to them . When I called them I was put on hold them disconnected . Their mistake cost me a big late fee
