I have used First Arizona Title, Jenny Werner, for the past 12 years. It is always a pleasant and easy process from start to finish. Jenny, is such an asset to the company. She's patient, professional and proficient. By far the best.

Awesome people and wonderful place to work! I have an aunt who owns a mortgage company and a real estate family friend who have had nothing but great business experiences with First Arizona Title and will use only them for all of their clients.

Please stay away. I was informed that closing fees from this title company are higher than others; but that's not the reason for this review being lackluster as a compliment. I was asked as to where I would like to sign the final closing papers for my property. I stated (since anywhere at all seemed open) that if I could sign at a private residence, that my dwelling would work the best for me. After stating this, the person that I spoke to made absolutely no insinuation, disclosure, heads-up or anything of the sort to me that this would be chargeable. In matter of fact, it almost seemed helpful to them that the signing was done outside of the office. I signed the paperwork the next day with the mobile notary. She was there to also answer any questions that I may have had about why I was signing certain documents, and any charges that I had incurred for the title company's services. It was at this point, that I asked what was a "Mobile Notary Fee". She informed me that I was being charged $125 for her coming out to me. You can imagine the horror that ensued for me finding out that I had just lost a day-and-a-half worth pay for an hour long appointment. I followed up about this matter (which I had to do twice) as to why I wasn't informed about the charge. The reply was this: I had received an e-mail the day after setting the location of the notary about all of my charges and their amounts; so I should've been fully aware of this charge. Okay first of all, I received this e-mail 5.5 hours before signing and was at work until 30 minutes before signing. Next, it should've been clearly stated that if I elect to have a mobile notary come anywhere but the office, there would be a charge, and just how much that charge would have been. What happened? No notice. It's like when one asks for something that is understood to be complimentary at a restaurant and then finds out that they were being charged each time they asked for that item. A lovely, "you should've known" disclosure. Honestly, I feel swindled to say the least and I feel pleased this review from a Google Local Guide member is this company's only review. Talk about customer service. Good riddance.
