First Baptist Church Lubbock

The music/worship is tremendous. The preaching is Biblical and applicable. The small group Bible studies give it a small church feel and a great place to grow in faith and fellowship. This is a church of mission and service...locally and around the world. It is a great place for every age group, but especially for young families with children and teens. Member since 2000.

Wonderful church and nice building. All teaching is based on the bible, all teaching is taught to apply scripture to our lives and to live as Christ wants us to. There are so many different classes available for everyone, university students get their own (but of course all ages are welcome, the teaching is just based for their consumption) service on Thursdays at 8pm.

Coming out to tech there were a dozen different churches to pick from and at FBC, especially at paradigm, they just do a lot to make students feel welcome and its become a huge part of my life! The worship services are absolutely amazing and everyone there is so welcoming!

As a freshman, FBC Lubbock was one of the many churches I wanted to visit, however, it's the only one I've continually attended. There are so many different ways to get involved, and there's really something for everyone.
