First Care I can’t thank you and the Staff of enough! This facility has outstanding medical care! Thank you Barry Mackey for the amazing bedside manner and keeping me calm, even though I am terrified of needles! He is good at what he does, because I honestly didn’t feel a thing.

Absolutely love this Urgent Care and especially the staff member Barry! The staff has always done their best to get me in as quickly as possible. I really appreciate how the staff members can occasionally relate to me with some of the issues I have and have had, it makes me feel a lot more comfortable coming to the doctors which can be an uncomfortable experience for some. They are overall very helpful, kind, professional, relatable people and this will be my first choice for urgent care every time!

Felt like the front desk ladies were especially friendly. I also enjoyed my experience getting an X-ray. I was seen by Melissa and she really seemed to care about helping me. I would’ve given 5 stars but I waited a really long time 45 minutes to be seen after making an appointment.

I’ve been to First Care a few times for myself and my son, and each visit far exceeded my expectations. I am not usually a fan of walk in clinics, but continue to go back to First Care simply because the MA Barry Mackey is truly amazing. He not only has an amazing bed side manner, but is very knowledgeable. He also did a wonderful job putting my son at ease who is not a fan of doctors. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I made an online appointment this morning and everything went as smoothly as I’ve ever seen. I arrived at my appointment and was already checked in. Waited only moments in the waiting room before called back. Staff and physicians were extremely nice and professional. A really pleasant experience overall.

I arrived at this First Care on August 25, 2022 for a pre surgical physical exam. The office staff was very friendly and they went to work when we found that some medical documents from other clinics had not been sent to them. Once obtained, they got me inside the clinic and the exams began. Blood samples, EKG, X-rays, weight/ height, blood pressure in rapid fire procedure. All medical staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. If I ever need medical attention like this again, I’ll surely pick this First Care Medical, 1301 Huffman Road, Suite 100.

So I read the reviews on this place and they were rated wonderful place to go far a DOT physical! So I made an appointment for my son to get his physical. My son was sitting in the lobby waiting to be seen when a male doctor was heard cursing using the F$*$ word constantly stating he hated doing DOT physical,s!!! He stated that his appointment was not even there to be seen! At this moment a lady looked in the lobby and my son advised her he heard everything that was said and that he had been sitting there for a while! Also if he need to go elsewhere!! She apologized for what he witnessed. Very unprofessional doctor male!!!! BE CAREFUL AND AWARE before you go to be seen here !!

The Staff at First care Medical Center, were phenomenal. Super kind, informative and caring. Got me squared away super fast. The first gentleman I talked to, Barry was absolutely outstanding and positive. Appreciate these guys.

Even though it was a bit of a wait, the staff were EXTREMELY courteous, attentive, and apologetic. This makes all the difference! I have always loved this office and their courteous, upbeat vibe. Thanks all, you did it again!

Everyone was so kind and caring. I got right in and the doctor went above and beyond with making sure he could pinpoint exactly what my illness was, and taking care to cover all bases. He spoke to me in a patient, respectful manner, explaining everything very clearly. I would recommend them to everyone.
