They did good work on time and fixed the water leak in our chimney. They adjusted the bill when they found some of the work they had to do wasn't needed. They were very thorough and easy to work with. We got 3 quotes. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Overall their price seemed like the best value for the work performed.

I had a great experience with first class chimney. Josh at the office and the individual who repaired the chimney were professional. The price was reasonable for the work. It was easy to communicate back and forth and they made the process easy.

It took several phone calls before anyone picked up the phone and I called during normal business hours for them. They sent someone out to inspect a leak from my fireplace. It's been 4 days since and I still haven't received a written report. Every time I call I get told I'll get the report that day but I never receive anything. They may be cheaper than other companies, but it's not worth the headache if the job can't be complete in a timely and professional manner.

The entire team from scheduling to labor was easy to work with, communicative, fast and thorough. We are so happy with the quality of the work and the turnaround time. We had previously spoken to 2 other companies for a quote on a wood fireplace insert, but this was the only company that gave us multiple options with price breakdowns for parts/services required for each plan and the company with the best prices too! Fantastic team, great value for the money. We love our new fireplace!!

First Class Chimney truly delivers expert service! Techs arrived on time, answered all of our questions, and cleaned and inspected our fireplaces and chimneys w/out creating a mess. We felt assured that our fireplaces and chimneys are safe.

Chimney top repair/fix. The technicians from the quote to the actual repair were on time and professional. High quality repair by the techs. Repaired/replaced all bricks. Added extra vent pipe for my pellet stove insert. Added an entire new top and replaced the cap. I received several repair quotes for this project and First Class did exactly what I was trying to accomplish. I would definitely use this company again.
