My aunt got a specific quote and day to make the payment and she got charged $100 more on an earlier day. This things should not happen she is on a budget and getting charge more without a notice just because she was enroll on automatic payments is not fair.

The staff here is awesome! So friendly and eager to help you find the policy that works for you. I didn't feel like a walking policy when I left like I have every other place I've been. They took their time to find the best rate for me. I'm positive I'll be a customer for life.
