I was in before Christmas because my 'regular' salon could not get me it. This place is dirty, rude and lacks customer service. They speak to you in 1,2 and 3 word commands. What the.... I am not an animal. It was painful and they drill your nailbed too hard! Plz do not waste your time or money. Then they look at you like where's my tip? I have class so I did tip but totally wish I would have stood up for myself. Let me save you the horrible experience.Services: Sculpted nails
Paul was insanely nice! He did a wonderful job! I’m definitely coming back!Service: Acrylic nails
Not typically one to leave a bad review when having had a bad experience, and would rather give the person/business benefit of the doubt. Yesterday Saturday I got a no chip manicure at my salon I usually go to. Today Sunday, I ended up chipping one of my nails. The salon I usually go to is closed on Sundays and I head out for vacation tomorrow. I was out shopping and happened to be near “First Lady nail” and thought I’d stop in to see if they could fix my one nail, and I was going to pay for it obviously. I walk in and there were two nail techs both with customers and every single person just stares at me like a deer in headlights, and the man asked what I needed and I explained I chipped a nail and had them done yesterday but my salon is closed on Sundays and was hoping someone could fix my one nail- even if it was not the same color but similar. He just stared at me, and the client he was working on starts obnoxiously laughing at me looking at me like I was dumb. I was raised to be kind to others and I was raised with the mindset “you don’t know unless you ask”… a simple “yes or no” would have sufficed. I respect boundaries, and a simple “no sorry” would have been fine. The man asks to see my nail and grabs my hand aggressively and looks at me and goes “your nail is fine” and then says “I don’t know if I even have the color” and scoffs and his client continues to laugh at me. Again a simple yes or no would have been fine. To this business and the rude customers staring at me and laughing, so much hurt is going on in our world right now. We need to be better. Judge less and be kind, you literally have no idea what anyone is going through. Love and light to all these people and I hope they can figure out kindness. Ended up just filing my one chipped nail super short, not the end of the world.
My daughter and I went to get our nails done. She wanted acrylic nails, provided a picture to show them the design she wanted, and it turned out well. My pedicure went well, also. Some reviewers commented that the foot scrub was not enough, my lady did a great job. The prices are great.
They left my nails way too long and They didn't make the nail smooth on the ends. My wife had to use a file and completely Go over them. I told them they need to use the drumel tool on my nails And they never did. This is too bad I came up to Wisconsin last year and they did a beautiful job.
I went here because of the reviews but it was a mistake! The male technician was completely rude!!! He kept telling each customer "15 minutes". This place needs more staff instead of making everyone wait. Instead of asking me "did you want acrylic or gel, or what would you like" he yelled WHAT YOU WANT. When he finally did my nails, he would throw my hands. AND when he asked me if the color was okay, he grabbed my hand and continued when I was checking if I even liked it. Because of him, do not go to this place! Lastly, he was rushing me. No one wants to be rushed when they're getting their nails done! Terrible service
The first time I was here was wonderful got a beautiful manicure for a really good price. Then I made the mistake of coming back. Made an appointment for 5 o'clock at 5:25 the gentleman that was supposed to do my nails still wasn't there and when I said I had to leave they just all kind of looked at me and shrug their shoulders. How do places like this stay in business?
