CJ and his team were really great. They response quickly, and completing all the work in reasonable time. His team is one of the hardest workers that I've ever seen. They stayed up till late at night to complete the job. CJ always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend CJ and his team to anyone who need to waterproof their basement.

Found this company via Home Advisor. Had been waiting months for local folks. Worried about a frost and needed to get this french drain done. CJ, the owner, answered his phone right way. How great is that? No hard sell. I explained we needed a french drain outside CJ 's preference was to do an indoor french drain who knew so many types which he guarantees for life. But he would work with us. Just no guarantee. Arrived on time. Polite. Hard working. Unfortunately for him we had measured wrong and it was a much smaller job. No problem . Time for the bill. He adjusted it. No extra costs. Exactly what he had promised on the phone. Amazing. I would use his company again in a heartbeat if need be.

Workers were very respectful and clean when they showed up and left. Fun to work with. Pricing was affordable. Job was done in a timely manner. Final project was finished right and exactly how we agreed upon. Would recommend First Response to anyone looking to great work and a great experience!
