First Stop Party Shoppe

I’ve always had a great experience shopping here! They are helpful and kind. I’ve also rented an inflatable from them with the same excellent customer service.

This place is terrible they charge a ridiculous amount to blow up balloons. Got there to pick up balloons I dropped off and even though one had a hole they still charged me $6.99 for a balloon that was not blown up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s worth the drive to Baton Rouge.

If they don't have it in their large stock they can get it for you.

Thought I was saving time by getting balloons blown up close to home instead of driving to Party City. Big mistake!! Balloons starting going down after only 2 hours. I'm guessing they weren't blown up properly. Nowwwww I'll be spending more money and stull going to PARTY City. At $1.50 per reg. Balloon and $3.99 per large balloon; they should've at least lasted until my son's party. I had the balloons blown up 4 hours before the party; therefore, there is no reason they should've gone down that fast. I had to purchase new balloons and get those blown up too. The balloons I had done by Party City are still floating mid-air after 3 weeks. (They stayed up like new for DAYS).... BTW the price only became an issue when they didn't last. I had NO problem paying. Also stop following your customers it's annoying and rude.

Went to this store today. I was very surprised at how much they had in the store. I pass there every day, and didn't know they were here. Won't make that mistake again. I hate going to BR. It's so much more convienient in Zachary. The people there really helped me find the things I needed around the store. Even their kids helped me! Worth the trip from New Roads. Thanks guys!
