Every year I have to change my daughter's bus stop from our house to her daycare, and every year that I have to call the no one ever answers the phone and when I leave a voicemail no one ever calls back. Worst service ever.

This busing company is awful. Their dispatch and routing is inconsistent and sometimes their pick up times vary as much as 15 to 20 minutes. The beginning of the school year is one thing, as new drivers were learning the routes. However, to promise pick up, at 7:00 for example and show up anywhere from 6:40 to 7:25 is unacceptable. We parents are asked to have our children ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. They are not within their interval. Next year my child will be dropped off and picked up from school, as the buses are a waste of time and energy for my neighborhood.
