FIRST TIME DRIVING SCHOOL

Im genuinely confused as to how this driving school has such great reviews. This school was a nightmare. I was failed on purpose by the instructor the first time i took the written exam so that i could pay to retake it. I know it was on purpose because one of the questions i had “gotten wrong” was asking what i should know when driving near a truck and the instructor wrote that the correct answer was “know the impact they have on the environment” which is obviously wrong. When i did pass the exam the second time the instructor gave me such an attitude to make me feel inadequate. Dont even get me started on the driving instructor.

First Time Driving School accommodated our son's tight schedule and the driver even rescheduled a lesson last minute due to bad weather. They even fit us in the day before his road test and picked him up bright and early for a lesson and instruction which helped him pass his road test. They are very knowledgeable and will tell you everything you need to know to pass the road test. Highly recommend!

Absolutely rediculous. I don't understand how the previous ratings are so high. Everything takes so long and is not efficient. I started the process of calling for my first lesson and it's been nearly 2 months of telling me that I am going to be called to set up my lesson "sometime this week". I've been told that I would get contacted this week way too many times. It's a pretty outdated business as well, its hard to contact the driving school and call back time is too long as well. Not to mention it takes 10 minutes to have my yes or no question answered because the man helping me is talking 1 word per minute. Example: I had to mail in all of my information to the driving school on July 1. Instead of dropping it off at the DMV right away the school decided to wait a few weeks to do so, the reason - 4th of July (That's one day!!!) Instructors seem nice though with that being the only positive. This school will put you through hell until your lessons are finally set up, then it's pretty smooth.

My daughter loved the driving school and after the six hours she got her license. But the real reason I am writing the review is the service they gave us AFTER she got her permit. Her permit was lost or stolen and they promptly gave us the necessary paper work. Now that she has her license we needed the proof that she completed the six hours for our insurance company. It took them less than 3 hours to provide us that document that will save us hundreds of dollars. If I had more kids I definitely use First Time Driving School a second time.

After receiving mail from this school for my son i called and was told they couldnt help me.. found that to be weird.. but found another school.. no stars for this school from us.
