Came in for a rapid covid test. They charged me the $50 urgent care co-pay and treated it as an office visit with a COVID test. There is no other doctors office charging a co-pay for a COVID test.
Amazing staff!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would they did such an amazing job while I was there! Very congenial in all they do and how they treat their patients! Not glad I got hurt but so glad for ending up at First Med Urgent Care. Shout out to Martin, esmeralda, and every other lady that helped me out today.
The doctor and staff were very attentive and polite. It was a very fast and easy process to be seen. I would definitely recommend First Med Urgent Care to people I know.
I've been using this place every since I moved to the city. I love it. Last night I went and had to get a steroid shot and the nurse did so good I didn't even feel it until she was done. I was shocked. Everyone is friendly and helpful even tho I got there right before closing time.
They were very nice and fast. They were great with my 3 yr old. We will be returning if needed. Thank u so much.
They got me in out very quickly. The young lady at the desk was very helpful. Nurse and doctor were both great!
Had to get a covid test prior to surgery. Front desk was awesome and helpful, nurse Marie was awesome, polite and kind, and the Doctor was extremely nice as well. 100% would recommend.
