We really enjoyed this store and after months of searching for the perfect light fixture we found it walking around New Orleans.  The prices are fair and we had the fixture shipped to our second home in Wisconsin with no problems. I think it completely transformed the space in our 120 year old home that we gutted down to the exterior studs, see pictures.  I wouldn't give 5 stars only because we were in the store a few times before we had a sales person approach us, and I get it, the store is a haven for people wandering through and not purchasing anything. Once we expressed interests in buying the sales staff was very quick to help.

The owner was rude, threatening to have her attorney come after me when I wanted to EXCHANGE 2 light fixtures that were to big ..NOT A CUSTOM Order, just a simple exchange for a different size... She went nuts. These items were shipped to me so I never got a sales slip with ANY company policies... Until after the order was received. I won't be shopping there again.

Magnificent, Luxury items that set your home apart from the rest. If you want original one of a kind design for your home, this is a must see store! You won't be disappointed.

Great inventory, Terry was friendly and extremely professional! We enjoyed looking throughout the store. Amazing pieces, lighting, furniture, and other items. I highly recommended checking this place out.

Buyers beware, the sales crew and owner are always lying if they are talking, We went in and found art work that my wife wanted and was told it was from a artist in New Orleans, when we traveling  we like to support local artists , they told us all about the artist and how great her work was, but was never able to get the artist name - i should of know better at that time. I paid top dollar for the art, which I didn’t mind paying. After a couple of calls asking were my art was i was  being told they were sending it white glove shipping, they wanted to make sure it arrived in good condition and the artist would get it out in a week for me. 65 days later and fed-x shipping we received our art. Come to find out it was shipped from a CA warehouse and the reason it took so long is because it was out of stock. I called the company that shipped it to me and asked if i was able to get a price on the art that i bought, i was unable to get price but they gave me a company that does sell that art work. When i spoke with the company i am able to buy the art work for 2k cheaper. I called Fisher-Gambino and inquired about the art work to see if they still had it and the girl i spoke with said it is still for sale. Something told me to record all phone calls, this will not stop here, this will get ugly.

WOW, JUST WOW.  The customer service here is OFF THE CHARTS!  I called today, and asked them if they had the floor lamp in stock to match a table lamp my boyfriend purchased from their storefront in New Orleans in January.  I had a picture of it.  I called them, texted them the picture.  They called me back, I ordered it on the phone and it will be here in a few weeks.  Easiest shopping I've ever done to buy a birthday present for a man that has everything.  And he is going to be so surprised! TIM AND VIRGINIA, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.  And I had to tell Tim what EYE CANDY this store is.  It's absolutely beautiful and mesmerizing all at the same time.  And their prices!  HALF OFF this particular lamp, and the shipping cost is so reasonable. Looking for very unique pieces, this is the place to go when you're in New Orleans.  If I could give them 10 Stars, I WOULD!  Southern Hospitality at its finest! P.S. My boyfriend's birthday is tomorrow, and the only thing they didn't do for me was get it here in 1 day!  LOL!  I'll take that!

Great selection and service.  Looking for something unique, this is the place. My wife and I found a beautiful chandelier to grace our new home in Calif.  It is being shipped to us.

Very unique store with fabulous pieces, albeit a bit expensive.  Loved so many things. Purchased the hourglass clock. So beautiful! Tim was very helpful and we were assured they could ship it to KC. Just rec'd the other day!! I love the way it looks in my home.  Next time in NOLA, will definitely stop in!

I must say coming from los angeles and visiting this store was the highlight of my vacation,great customer service and amazing products. Thank you guys.
