I went to Fishburn to buy some violin strings. I was told they were $65 and got the same ones on Amazon for $15. Kinda crazy they quadrupled the price.
We ordered a violin for my daughter back in April and its now end of July and still no violin. They are saying they are very behind but not sure why. Originally they told us it would take about two to three weeks and we never got a phone call. I have called sever times since to check and the first time i called they didnt even have our information on file even though i had a copy of the order on hand. Not sure what the issue is but maybe need better customer service and follow up.
The best violin and other instruments shop! Customer service is at top. And their prices are very competitive.
So far my son and I have had an amazing experience with this place. The staff is helpful.
Very helpful, very knowledgeable. My daughter had a broken bow that was not feasible to fix. A little pricier than what I expected to pay, but good service. Not 5 stars only because it seemed a little chaotic busy.. maybe need a little more staff help. Thanks for getting us up and running again!

This store has been with me throughout my whole musical journey. They were always so nice to me and my father and I will FOREVER be grateful for that. My best years were with the orchestra and thanks to this store I was able to enjoy them even more. 10/10 100% recommend them!
I have bought 1 violin, 1 viola and 1 cello. The customer service is great. They rent the instruments but we decided to buy them instead of renting them. I have been able to do an exchange due to my daughter's grow so they re-size the cello at no cost to us. Whenever I needed a new string, they were able to sell me just the single one broken, replace them and tune it before leaving the store. I am very pleased with the service they provide. Definitively recommend this place!
