Only the reel repair department has good people. The front desk people are cold as ice. The kayak department has good people as well.
Worst service ever bad attitudes for their own defective equipment I don’t recommend this place to no one I was being treated as if I was trying to steal from them on something I bought a couple days ago. From the start. Very disrespectful on the way they treated me. Nice to take your money. Azzhos when they have to honor some shti. I wouldn’t want anyone to get treated that way. JP

I went in for some saltwater fishing gear, and the staff was amazingly helpful. They didn’t try to make me buy all the expensive stuff, they told me truth. I will absolutely be coming back here when ever I need more gear.
I Bought a rod w reel, reel didn't work i never used it, took back to the store they said they don't replace even w a recipe .. bad service
Great store with great people working there. A massive selection of just about anything for fishing. Kayaks accompanied with all the gear you would need. Heavy boat rigs and tackle is available here. Great rod and reel selections are also available along with a great selection of clothing, footwear, coolers, etc. I have spent plenty of money here in the past and definitely foresee spending plenty more in the future. A friendly and knowledgeable staff makes it a very comfortable place to shop or even just to ask questions and learn from people that are passionate about this sport/hobby.
Have bought an IMX pro JWR here last July and loved it, came back today and picked up this brand new Bladed Jig IMX pro rod from the same salesman! Highly recommended. David is Super knowledgeable on shimano reels and g.loomis rods! They also fixed one of my lower end rods cheap and fast ! Highly recommend this place
This review is specific to Johnathan in the trolling motor repair department. He worked me in for a 1 day service turnaround. Very efficient, helpful, and easy to work with.
The Manager has no people skills and doesn't seem to want to help people. Additionally I walked around the store for 20 minutes plus with no help. I finally asked the trolling motor guy for help. Some prices are high and some right at the average price. Over all most the employees don't seem to want to help the customers.
We bought a kayak, kayak rack, a lot of fishing gear. The kayak rack was on clearance for $75. We got it home, and it only had one rack and half the screws. We had trusted the store so my son threw away the receipt. Upon trying to return the rack, we couldn’t get even store credit, though we could show the purchase on our bank statement. We don’t need the credit, will never be shipping there again.
