FIT36 is different. We train with functionality in mind, we have unique equipment and have experienced and qualified trainers who possess the knowledge to make it all happen.
*FIT circuits are structured by way of a 36 minute circuit training routine that rotates through a series of stations combining aerobic and resistance exercises. The aerobic activities include a krankcycle, a rower and a spin bike as well as modified plyometrics. The resistance routines incorporate kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension training and body weight exercises. The routines are monitored indoors and out, using state of the art heart rate technology. The changes every other week to prevent physical plateau and mental boredom.
