Fit Club -- specifically Kerry -- has been amazing to work with. After a knee injury, they got me back running in no time with a thoughtful, constantly iterated plan--and did it all over zoom bc of the pandemic. They are reliant, quick to respond, and just wonderful people. Highly recommend for physical therapy! 10/10.
Staff is awesome very helpful with follow ups. Just from my own experience this is a great spot if you need to work out some kinks. I've been pretty active all my life and due to that have devolved a lot of deep tissues "kinks" for lack of better term. They have helped my flexibility and over all strength.
Dr. John Ly, PT, DPT - is very professional, well mannered, and respectful. He takes his time explaining how physical therapy will impact your body, homework exercises and follows up right away. I had a wonderful experience. Thanks John !
Tried the air pressure boots here for the first time - super relaxing session . Definitely recommend
