I just started going to FITC within the last month or so and can't say enough good things about it. The trainers and community are absolutely incredible. I was a little nervous going in for the first time since it had been a little over a year since I had joined a gym due to a previous knee injury. From day one everyone has made me feel so welcome and the trainers have really taken their time to work with me. I would recommend FITC to anyone who is looking to join a workout group that is challenging, fun, and never the same. Thank you FITC for helping me get back to my fitness goals!
FITC is a welcoming, fun gym. The coaches do a great job at providing customizations, especially for new folks. As someone who spent the last two years of the pandemic doing peloton in her basement, it’s wonderful to have IRL support and community!
I was so sad that I had to leave my gym in Nashville when I moved to Denver. My hopes were to find a similar gym that fit all my needs: a gym that focused of both strength and endurance building, had a welcoming community, a consistent attendance of members, and was ultimately themselves. I tried out so many gyms in town to find the place that checked off all those boxes. Nowhere seemed to click like I wanted it to, until I tried FITC. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by whoever is coaching the class, along with many inviting members. The workouts are great in the fact that you can make it as challenging as you’d like based on what you are comfortable with. Each day is completely different, so you’ll never be bored from monotonous programming, but still feel the results so you know it is working. FITC is a must try!
FITC is by far my favorite gym in Denver. The intensity of the workouts and attentiveness of the coaches make FITC worth every penny. Each coach provides excellent support throughout the workouts & are always there if you have any questions regarding the various movements. FITC strives in building a strong community with its customers which is an aspect I love. In addition, it’s partnerships with High Ride Cycle and River Yoga is yet another bonus. FITC monthly membership gets you 4 classes a month at each business! Overall, joining FITC was the best decision I have made in pursuit of my fitness goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone pursuing a healthier lifestyle!
I had heard of FITC for years and finally decided to try it out. After doing some trials with other workout classes, I can say that FITC has been my favorite so far. It really feels like it's more focused on actual "fitness" compared to a lot of other classes than cram in as many different activities as possible. Love that stretching is built into the classes as well. On top of all this, it's just a very welcoming environment and great community!
Fitness in the City is great! The instructors take time to explain each activity and make sure I understand what I am doing. I really have noticed changes over the month I have been going!
Love FITC! I started attending classes because of their partnership with High Ride Cycle and the River. People are really friendly, instructors remember your name, and directions are clear. I feel like a newbie with weight lifting I’ve been focused on taking the Total Body classes and the trainers have made sure to correct my form when I’ve needed it. I’ve taken classes with Stephan and Barbara so far and would definitely recommend both of them!
