Have been here a few times and is far better than GNC. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Only reason my rating is not 5 stars is because i bought some pre workout from them and opened it and found that it had gone bad from moisture. Came back to the store later that same day and the employee told me that there was nothing he could do about it and some products can be like that. He recommended that i brake up the large clumps and take a lager dose.

Great shape especially if you are tired of the GNC monotony of supplements. The owner Ralph is super knowledgable and many of the brands he offers you will not see anywhere else. He offers great military discounts as well as has a really cool text message club.
