It’s been two months now since I started at FT. I had no idea what I was in for! I was so out of shape that it was ridiculous! I worked with a few trainers, but had Andrew for most of my sessions. He’s gotten me to the best shape I’ve ever been in my life!! Each trainer was incredible, and very knowledgeable about getting me to my goals. I’ve been to both facilities now, and they are both put together very well! Very clean also, as everything gets wiped down multiple times a day! It’s a very inviting atmosphere in there. My progress has been unbelievable to date. Not only are my clothes fitting much better, and my pants much looser, but friends have noticed the change in my body. I HIGHLY recommend going and checking this place out. You won’t be disappointed at all.
I have been working out at Fitness Together Southend for 7 months and I must say, what a LIFE CHANGER! Fitness Together is perfect because I, like most people, am the kind of person who is motivated when someone else is waiting on me to come work out. I have been set up for success as my trainer takes a real world approach when it comes to eating and has taught me simple ways to never feel hungry. It all becomes a fantastic cycle of wanting to eat well because it makes my workouts better, I feel better, and I've gone from an XL to a medium shirt size! The workouts are tailored just for me and my skill level, all the while challenging me too. All the trainers are friendly, approachable and encouraging. I have completely changed my outlook of food and working out and have made it a part of my daily life and most importantly to stay healthy as I become older. If you need to rely on someone to keep you motivated and want to learn simple and better eating habits, Fitness Together is perfect for you. Try it, you won't regret it.
Brandon DeCaro has been my trainer at FT Southend for close to 2 years. The fact that i have been consistently committed to any fitness training for that long is due to Brandon. He is an excellent teaching trainer, constantly assessing form to stay away from injury. More than that, he loves to set goals for you even if you don't know it at the time and help you achieve them through encouragement not judgment. Not to mention he is truly an enjoyable guy to be around 3 or 4 times a week. I highly recommend Brandon as a trainer.
Absolutely LOVE FT South End. It's a small space so it's not intimidating but it has everything you need and more to reach your goals. I love the customized workouts and the support and motivation from the trainers as well as the other clients can't be beat. I won't ever go to a "regular" gym again.
Love working out here! They help you set realistic goals and cover everything from nutrition to stretching in addition, of course, to your personal training sessions which are ACTUALLY personal. All of the trainers keep the workouts fun and challenging. My schedule is insane and they work with me to help meet my needs. stars all the way!
The Fitness Together Team at the South End location are 5 Star plus...they worked with me to customize a training plan that really fit my needs. A perfect balance of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle planning to get me back on the road to optimum health. I had returned from 2 years of Peace Corps service in West Africa that took a toll on my health and fitness. The FT trainers put me back on a path to health customized for my 60+age and skill level. THANKS TEAM!!!
This is an awesome personal fitness location with people who truly care about your health and goals. The location is fantastic AND has really good parking, which is hard to say for South End. I love that there are showers available for the times you want to workout and head straight to work in the mornings or out to dinner at night. It's what you want in personal training: great people, convenient location, and results.
I've been going to Fitness Together at the South End location for 4 months now and love it now even more than ever! The workouts are always different and the trainers make it fun, so you never get bored. I look forward to the mornings I start my day this way. The trainers are super knowledgeable and are more than willing to help educate you about fitness. You're not just another person when you train here; the trainers and owners take the time to get to know you and that's why I'll be a client forever. Tyler Potts is a wonderfully knowledgable trainer who creates effective workouts that makes you realize you're more capable that you could have imagined. Colin Johns is very well-experienced and knows how to get you results- he's especially good at pushing you to where you think you couldn't go, but he knows you can. Josh Carter has a tremendous amount of energy that is infectious to his clients and his passion for fitness and helping others is evident every time you train with him.
I've been a client at FT Southend since 2012 and I must say all my trainers have been first class. I've been working out consistently with Dee Jackson since April this year and at her suggestion began training for my first NPC bikini competition October 28th, 2017. I placed in the top five in 3 of 4 classes that I entered! I never would have thought to pursue such an endeavor had she not encouraged me to do it. Dee is patient, supportive and strictly business when it comes to pursuing your goals. With her guidance , I am now training for my second competition in May 2018.
Absolutely love working out at Fitness Together. Great personal training, flexibile scheduling, and positive atmosphere. So glad we found FT!!
