I used Fitzgerald Law Company to apply for and renew my green card. That process was successful but unfortunately follow-up has been entirely non-existent. I had some basic questions while waiting for my renewal to be processed. I emailed those questions directly to Desmond Fitzgerald who was my point of contact and I’m still waiting for a response 5 months later. In the meantime I received the new green card and then I received two emails from the law firm explaining that their work was done and that I could use their services for naturalization. I responded to both of those emails and haven’t received any response. Interestingly one of the emails also provided a link where I could leave feedback for their firm on Google — so here I am. It has been a pretty disappointing end to the relationship and I truly wish I could get a response.

Desmond is an excellent representative. As my defense attorney in a long drawn criminal case, he helped me avoid a sentence that seemed inescapable. He was incredibly strategic in making his arguments and He worked at every possible angle. With his persistence, we were offered a deal that was easily acceptable.
