FRS has been working on my house for the last 8 years for a variety of projects large and small. The latest was certainly the greatest- fabulous new windows that matched our historic home, and exterior repair and painting that transformed us from "ok" to "WOW." The new windows are already making a tremendous difference in our room temperatures and energy consumption, and literally every person who walks past the house has complimented the paint job and exterior fixes implemented by Nita and her crew.

Nita and her team did a window replacement, exterior siding repair, exterior paint, and a small back porch. Overall, Nita's communication was superb, the quality was good, and the price was fair. Our house looks great and we've been enjoying spend more time outside on our new deck. I recommend Nita to anybody looking for a contractor and I look forward to working with Nita on our future home repairs.

After a plumbing leak I hired FRS to repair all the damage. Lots of drywall, painting, wallpaper removal and a new tile floor. They showed up everyday till the job was done which I appreciated. The work is impeccable and Nita was wonderful to work with. I will definitely use them for all future renovations!

Love the replacement windows that FRS Windows and Doors put into my historic Houston Heights cottage. They look like they belong on my home, reduced my electricity bills and we no longer have a big temperature difference between the front and back of the house. Nita and her crew are easy to work with and have helped me maintain and upgrade my home over the last 10 years.

I have known Nita and FRS for over 28 years. They are professional, honest, and they have now become the Milgard representative for this area. They installed a glass wall 17' wide at my house and it is amazing! From order to install they communicated, took care of preparations, install and lean-up. Happy to share my project anytime!

FRS Did a thoroughly professional job painting the inside of our garage apartment and then painting the outside of the whole garage. I know enough to understand that putting the finishing coat on with a paint brush instead of by spray gives a much more durable, long lasting paint job. I am and will be pleased with the job they did for years to come!
