One of the best burgers you are ever going to eat. That said, it comes at a hefty cost. Bag of fries for almost every order. Good eats, horrible customer service. Nasty looks the whole time from employees does not give the wholesome happy experience everyone so craves.Food: 5/5

This place is pretty good but very pricey. The burgers are decent but the fries are what separate this place from most burger places. The fries are just so good. The shakes are not the best but are decent. The decor inside is pretty cool with all of the different signs. The lady that took our order was weird she had a staring problem the entire time we were inside. I have no idea why either. She wasn’t very friendly which is how you are supposed to be in the customer service line of work. The lady at the counter had piercings that didn’t look very professional what so ever. Overall I would come back again I just hope that same lady isn’t at the register taking food orders.

Five Guys is a place our whole family can enjoy! They offer burgers with no bun or in a lettuce wrap. Perfect for our daughter who has Celiac Disease. They also only fry fries so they are gluten free with no risk of contamination. When you ask for a burger- no bun they follow up by asking if it's an allergy and place in a separate bag if it is. I even get asked when ordering a lettuce wrap I have no allergies. We feel very comfortable eating here which is so nice to not have that worry . Love their patio space at this location. Our kids also love the art wall they have! "Best burgers in town!" "Best Restaurant" And don't forget a photo that is a spitting image of your burger made by our youngest .

This location typically has good customer service and great food. However I just got food and the floor in the restaurant is really dirty. There was straw wrappers and other little pieces of garbage/packages of stuff all over the ground. If I was someone that has never been to this location I might question getting food here. I figured management should know how the restaurant looks to the general public.

Great burgers, fries, and shakes. Think somebody erred on the fries. Ordered medium/ regular order and truly believe I got a double order. Can't wait for next trip to try other sandwiches.Food: 5/5

Burger was good, but Five Guys in the Twin Cities gives you about twice as many toppings -- also the burger was a little cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted all the way -- the bun was slightly soggy, and the burger didn't stay together very well. Still not bad.Food: 4/5

Redemption for the brand. Lived here for 2.5 years now, not willing to eat here, as 5 Guys from prior hometown was awful. Good food, great service.Food: 4/5
