Delicious cooked to order burgers and very generous portions of hot and fresh fries make this a great place. They also make some killer milkshakes. Atmosphere is casual and restaurant is kept clean. Prices are reasonable if not inexpensive and their burgers have one or two patties. We are cheap so we usually order the one patty burger. Expect plenty of fries, made to order. Restroom is on site. No adult beverages. Vegetarian options: C'mon... it's a burger joint. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere.
WOW!! First time ever going here and they just opened. I walked into an awesome atmosphere that was filled with articles about the how they rank number#1. Very cool looking surroundings especially with the bags of potatoes they have stacked up that they use genuine Idaho potatoes. Upon stepping up to the register to order the cashier was full of smiles and welcomed us with open arms. I then seen so many cooks in the back near the grill. So we ordered our food. I ordered the Bacon Cheese with mushrooms and extra cheese, with a small French fry. Paid for the food and then sat down. I could not believe how clean the restaurant was even the ceiling was clean. 7 minutes goes by and our number was called very quick service. Went up and grabbed a brown bag. Sat back down and opened my burger from the tinfoil and omg did it look and smell good. I took a bite and again omg it was so tasty and everything was so fresh down to the mushrooms. Hate some fries and they good as well with perfect amount of salt. I could not believe how busy it got we were order #8 and when we left they were already calling out order #37. I can see why there are so many in the kitchen. “It takes a village to make a great Cheeseburger” haha. I highly recommend going here no matter where you live. It will definitely be worth the trip. Hands down the best Burger I ever had. approved!!
For a fast bite to eat and at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with Five Guys. The fries are also excellent, so make sure to get some on the side! This is a great location with fast and nice service. Check it out if you're ever around the Mall of New Hampshire! Parking: Plaza parking. Five Guys is the last storefront on the right.
Chain created in the 80s that has mastered the art of the hand cut fry… Burgers are solid and this location is very consistent with producing quality meals… Don’t forget to snack on freeee Peanuts Food: 5/5
The best burger joint in the states! Sooooo gooodFood: 5/5
Not sure how I feel yet my husband applied for a job there the lady took his information and said she had to call someone and never got back to him so he called back to check the status and no answers. To me, I want to go to a place to eat that's going to be fair to those applying for a job to work there.Service: 1/5
Another order that wasn’t correct. 3rd time in a row I order a burger with an extra patty and a 3rd time I don’t get what I ordered. Going to stop going to this location. Was not even a busy afternoon for them not to read the slip. Tough luck on my part I guessFood: 1/5
Just a typical Five Guys. Nice for days when you don't want to roll the dice trying a new restaurant. That said, I would recommend finding a local burger joint. Chains kill food culture and line the pockets of people who already have more money than they could spend in a lifetime.Food: 4/5
Wow. Gotta love that 10dollar and some change burger. YES, catch yourself, that is just the burger . Service was quick and friendly but disconnected too. Milk shake is very good and personally I couldn't afford the fries. Over priced and not worth the calories for the cost in my opinion. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is wonderful. No drive through so u will have to park and go in,yet, parking lot is big and plenty of spots close to the store.
I come here quite often. And I ask for my food a certain way. I see the amount of salt they put on their French fries and I ask for light salt. My last experience was very bad. As I was standing and waiting for my food I observed my order being processed down the line. And the employee that was working a French fries station just took out a batch of fries. He salted them as usual and filled up 3 cups and 3 trays they dump over. And the third tray there was nothing left so he scraped the fries from the sides that usually fall over when they dump them in the fries basket. And all those who knows how old fries from the side when into the tray that guess who got? Yes went right in my bag. Because the other 2 bags had yellow receipts to them that indicate Uber eats deliveries or other food service deliveries placed. My bag was the only one with a white receipt on it. And all this happened right in front of my eyes after. 1. The floor leader specifically called out the fry was light salt. 2. The employee that did the fries asked me which order was mine and I responded order 91 with light Salt. Then he proceeded to give me the regularly salted fries with the tray the had the left overs scrubbed from the sides. When you pay $18 for a fast food meal you expect it to be at least decent. Not bottom of the barrel fries. This completely ruined my experience. I will have to think long and hard if I was to give Five Guys my business in the future. We live in a recession right now. And incomes and opportunities are not what they were 2-3 years ago. Why would I as a consumer want to spend my hard earned dollars on bottom of the barrel fries when they are $5 for the serving.
