Definitely an old man, but with the experience and the skill to fix problems most shoe repair "men" won't take on. All the queens and queenies of sheba, please step aside, learn to accept cultural differences. Being complimentary isn't part of his job description, but repair services is, so don't waste his time.

Worse experience ever, I came in there was no one in the shop, literally . I called the store in hopes of him having the phone and it just kept ringing and ringing and going in the voice mail... he then walked in 10 minutes later was like' I didn't see you' .... and on top of that he was finishing up my shoes in front of me! Very disappointed

Worst shoe repair service. Absolutely horrible quality. They even forget to repair one of my shoes and all of the glue was sticking out of both pairs of my shoes. My 5 year old could've done a better job. Don't go there.

This place has been here for 30 years my mom took me here as little got to get boots fixed now he is fixing my boots and hand bags he's awesome and affordable

Very bad work, the white glue is seen on the seams on black leather and is not completely glued.
