There's was this guy Josh that was really helpful and fast found my stuff in under five minutes. They were busy but he was still able to be patient with me.

If I could rate this company with a “zero star rating” I would. After waiting for about two weeks for my delivery, I was also given an 8 hour window, 9am – 5pm. Most companies, delivery, plumbers, etc. usually give you a 4 hour window. Because of this lengthy delivery time I had to take the day off from work. At 4:15 I had not received a call regarding my delivery. I call Five Star Transfer who then called their diver and was told that my delivery would not take place till 5:30. Though they were apologetic and willing to reschedule me, after waiting the whole day I was not going to reschedule and have to take another day off. The delivery person finally arrived at 5:20, he also apologized. However, that does not negate the fact that Five Star Transfer was not able to meet their lengthy widow. This company did not meet my expectation.

Awesome company and friendly employees

one of the drivers called requesting access to the truck delivery site, i sent one of my guys over and he was responding to a emergency, another one of my guys passed by while in route to the emergency the driver that was waiting to be let in which was under 5 minutes he yelled at myself and a co worker of mine because he was impatient, yelling and cursing at us while all we were trying to do was get someone over to help him.
