I brought my phone to their bountiful location 35 minutes away from me in due to my screen going completely black after plugging it in to charge it. Angela was who I dealt with, she was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. Angela was able to assist me with my issue very quickly. I was very satisfied and will definitely go there again if I'm in need of any electronics repairs. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them! Angela
They made it so quick and easy to repair my phone. They were professional and kind and helped me understand the entire process, and were willing to work with my hectic schedule. It's worth driving to Bountiful from Salt Lake City just to be treated with this sort of kindness and professionalism. I will hopefully never break another phone, but if I do, this is the only place I will go to get it fixed!
Angela was fantastic! I had been approved through my insurance to get a screen repair and she called me to let me know that they were slow and today would be a good time to come in so it could be done quickly. She was extremely helpful once I got there too. Great place to come for a phone fix!

And I had an issue with my insurance but they fixed it easily. Definitely recommend this place and these awesome people!
My son dropped his brand new phone 2 hours after he got it. He shattered the screen and was so devastated! UBreakIFix was able to replace the screen and we got the phone back within 24 hours of dropping it off. The price was better than expected! I would come here again and recommend it to a friend.
I scheduled an appointment online, my Google Pixel 6 screen was intermittently unresponsive. The people were very helpful and even found that my phone was still under warranty repair didn't cost me anything since they are Google certified repair place. Jordan did the repair, he replaced the screen, and within 15 minutes I was walking out. Super helpful, and explained the issue for me.
Same day phone screen repair! I dropped my husband's phone off mid morning and it was ready to go by the time he got off work. Angela, David, and Josh are all very kind and I appreciate how they explained all the steps they were taking to repair it and run insurance. I'm sure a lot of people get very upset when their devices aren't working properly and I could tell they are all good at putting people at ease.
This is the second time I needed my phone fixed. I had gone somewhere else the first time and it was okay. But today I came here and Lance helped me out. He fixed my phone in under 10 minutes!! He was really professional, friendly and great customer service! Highly recommend these guys!
After trying unsuccessfully at several places, i called UbreakIfix. Josh told me they could handle my Samsung Flip 3 screen replacement and verified they had the parts. I brought it in and Jordan helped us and told me he had 4 phones in front of us but made it his goal to finish it that same day. He called me 4 hours later and said my phone was ready! It looked like the original phone and everything worked perfectly. I'd highly recommend this store to handle your phone repairs. Great job and great service.
Took my brother's galaxy z flip 4 phone in to get it fixed and Angela helped us out and was very sweet, nice, caring, friendly, helpful, and super enthusiastic! I received awesome and fast service and i will always come here for my technology repair needs!
