Never have I ever had such a terrible customer experience. I bought a product which broke after 2 weeks of usage. I was promised 1 year of guarantee while purchasing the product. Upon asking for a reimbursement for the defected product they said that "reimbursing products is not their policy" and that I only have 30 days from the date of purchase to either replace the poduct or buy something else or I will lose the the right to after sales service. I would like to advice all tourists and other customers who are not aware of this brand. Be wary of what you buy at this store as their claims of guarantee and after sales service are completely false.
