Flair was my first and only bridal dress boutique that I went to and I had an amazing experience! Kaitie helped me find my dream dress. I came to them because they were the only boutique in the area that sold dresses by one specific designer that I loved and I came in CONVINCED I would leave with one of their dresses. Kaitie listened to what I liked and disliked about each dress. After about 10 dresses in 40 minutes she was so efficient!, she brought me a dress from a different designer that I fell in love with as soon as it was on me. It was everything I had been looking for. And the whole team at flair was so kind and helpful. It truly is a boutique experience which I loved as well, not an overwhelming giant showroom with hundreds of dresses and brides everywhere. I can't say enough good things about them, they were amazing!

My experience at Flair is one I will never forget! Stacey and her team are so knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I went in having no clue where to start and Zoe was so patient and kind from start to finish AND she helped me find my dream dress. Stacey was also super helpful when I was picking out my veil. I trusted her expertise and ended up with the most beautiful veil to compliment my dress. If you're looking for a 10/10 experience, visit Flair!!

I said yes to the dress 4 days ago at Flair on Newbury street and haven’t stopped thinking about how amazing my experience was since! I had already been to two bridal stores in Boston on the hunt for a dress and was feeling overwhelmed that I wouldn’t find my dress while my entourage was still in town. The wonderful smell leading up the staircase, the bright lighting in the bridal room, and the warm welcome put me at ease immediately! Katie was my bridal consultant and she was, and I can’t emphasize this enough, WONDERFUL. she heard my concerns and pulled such a great selection of dresses, I can’t thank her or Flair enough for making the day I chose my wedding dress so special. :

I had the best experience at Flair Boston! The team is so kind, thoughtful and patient, and I absolutely loved the selection of bridal gowns available in the store. The prices were really affordable as well! I bought a beautiful Pronovias gown for less than $2500 and the dress couldn't have been a more perfect fit for my body type and personal style. I can't recommend this team enough!!

I cannot say enough good things about Flair!!! Kaitie is an absolute GEM! I went into my appointment feeling pretty defeated after a bleh experience at a different bridal shop. I told Kaitie “I think wedding dresses just aren’t for me” . She proved me so wrong - I said yes to the very first dress she had me try on! Her process is amazing, so insightful. If you have any other appointments just cancel them and go straight to Flair.

Flair provided such a smooth and welcoming wedding dress shopping experience! Zoe helped me narrow in on the dress and listened to what I wanted, liked/didn’t like, and how I wanted to feel. Then I got to work with Stacey when the dress came in and she made me feel like a million bucks and really helped me to visualize myself as a bride!

My experience at Flair was great! Zoe was such a friendly and helpful consultant who really helped me select the perfect dress. My elopement was about six weeks after my first appointment and we kept our budget small, but Zoe was so accommodating! I really thought I would be a difficult customer due to the time constraint, but she assured me that everything was fine and I was no trouble. She was also super helpful with getting constructive feedback out of me and my two shopping companions. Zoe really created such a calming environment for what could have been a stressful situation! The store itself is beautiful but homey, truly a great environment for such an important shopping experience. The day of my first appointment, I had another appointment at a different bridal store nearby and my experience there was awful in comparison. We wanted to go back to Flair midway through! I'm so happy I chose to go here and purchase my wedding dress here. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I can not say enough about Flair! I went to Flair for my reception dress and ended up walking out with something completely different than I thought I wanted. Kaitie was my consultant and she couldn't have been any sweeter or down to earth. We hit it off right away and she made me feel so good in my own skin, even in the dead of winter. Thank you Kaitie! You are a true gem and Flair is lucky to have you. I am so happy you were a part of my wedding journey!

The workers at Flair could not have been more helpful in helping me find my dream dress! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and Katie, my stylist helped me pick a dress I absolutely loved but probably would have never tried on my own! Everyone that works there was extremely helpful and made me feel so confident as I tried on the dresses something I don’t like doing!. Then my dress was delivered exactly when they said it would be and I used one of their recommendations for where to get the dress altered and was extremely impressed. You can tell when you walk into Flair it’s a place that’s accepting to all different body types and types of brides. I am so thankful to them for helping me feel my absolute best on my wedding day!

I had an amazing time at Flair!! It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress. I honestly went into the experience not expecting to find something on the first try. However, after one hour, I found the dress! I loved working with Lauren. She was kind, patient, and really listened to me throughout the experience. She pulled dresses based on my feedback and budget. In addition, my family had fun during our appointment. I am recommending Flair to everyone I know!
